n Mykolaiv, an Administrative Service Center is being set up in the Zavodskyi district. Two districts in the city have ASCs: Ingulsky and Central. Construction is nearing completion in the Korabelny district. The Zavodskyi district has more than 130,000 residents, so an administrative service center is necessary here. For this purpose, major repairs are being made on non-residential premises.
The project will equip the premises according to modern standards, considering the principles of inclusion and barrier-free access. In addition, the project involves modernizing the infrastructure and introducing digital technologies to improve the accessibility and quality of public services. This includes installing automated queuing systems, developing an online platform for convenient appointments, integrating electronic services for submitting documents and receiving information, and implementing an electronic document management system to ensure efficient information exchange between the center's departments.
As of December 2024, the premises are being renovated.
