DREAM updates: procurement pipeline, project purpose, additional tips

Here are the most important updates to DREAM functionality and new features of the ecosystem.

1. A single pipeline of procurements for restoration projects has been created

A single pipeline of procurements for restoration projects was added to the Business Opportunities section of the DREAM website. All information on tenders and procurements for restoration or modernization projects entered in DREAM will be displayed automatically in a separate list.

The procurement pipeline data is presented as a list with filters. Thus, it can be sorted by status (in progress or completed), dates of receipt of proposals, category, budget, initiator, etc. Convenient filters will allow you to get the details of open tenders quickly, decide to participate in the procurement, and view the details of each procurement on the portal https://prozorro.gov.ua/.

On a "once only" basis, all information on each procurement under the project is pre-entered in PROZORRO, including contractual processes, procurement plan, etc. Thanks to the integration with DREAM, procurement information for each restoration project is automatically displayed on the project card: the project initiator needs to specify the number of the procurement plan.

The new feature provides benefits for:

  • business representatives interested in participating in tenders for restoration projects;
  • procurement analysts;
  • public activists who monitor tenders.

2. A social purpose to the project

A "Project Purpose" field has been added to the restoration project card on the DREAM website. The key social goal of the project can be mentioned on the cover (or in the "header") of the card.

A concise and clear message will help project initiators declare additional value for potential investors.

The new feature provides benefits for:

  • initiators of restoration projects;
  • restoration contributors.

3. Additional tips in project cards

A tooltip function in the form of an "i" icon has been added to the project card on the DREAM website, particularly in the Contractual Processes section.

When you hover over the icon, a text block appears with information about the relevant data in the project card. Additional tips will help simplify the procedure for monitoring data on restoration and modernization projects.

The new feature provides benefits for:

  • wide range of users of the DREAM public portal
