The data from the state e-procurement system Prozorro is now integrated in the DREAM system

The DREAM ecosystem is integrating the data from 9 state IT registers and systems to create a single digital path for every restoration and modernization project. Now the data from the state e-procurement system is already available to be added in the Cabinet  of project implementer and is seen  on the project profiles on the DREAM public portal https://dream.gov.ua/.

The integration is provided through the Purchase plan number: implementer adds the number to the project card in the cabinet and the data from Prozorro automatically integrates into the cart and on the portal, in Contracting processes Section on project card.
 

The Contracting processes Section contains the description of the Category,  CPV-Class, Estimated and Contracted value, Status. On the separate tabs one can dive into the details of Procurement procedure including  Procedure plan number (with the active link to Prozorro portal), type, Contract number with the date of conclusion, supplier, etc.

The contract implementation tab contains the Categories of works and general dynamics of contract execution. 

The financial closure tab shows the delivery and payment dynamics with the Events Calendar. 

Also, from now on, the justification for procurement of projects funded by the European Investment Bank in the Prozorro system must include a link to the DREAM project.

Prozorro data integration helps the project implementers to fill the project cards. It is also a tool for monitoring the tenders connected to the project all along the project life cycle, assuring transparency and accountability of this process.
