    Brief description of the project

    The Oleksandr Tsynkalovsky Lyceum (the only academic lyceum for neighboring communities) does not have its own shelter, which creates problems with the organization of the educational process. As a result of the project, an underground hermetic protective structure with protection against excessive shock wave pressure will be built, which will make it possible to create safe conditions for organizing in-person education for more than 700 participants in the educational process. The level of coverage of high-quality and safe education for students of the senior specialized school and for neighboring ATCs will increase.

    The project provides for the construction of a radiation shelter in the basement of the building, which will be able to accommodate 700 people in case of an emergency. In the event of an air raid, students will be able to quickly get to the shelter: a ground crossing will be built to safely and comfortably get to the shelter. The project solution provides for the construction of a dual-purpose civil defense protective structure with the properties of a PRU. The total capacity of the civil defense protective structure is 700 people. The community will receive a high-tech building that ideally meets all needs with a high level of energy efficiency.

    Upon completion of construction on the basis of this structure, it is planned to add 3 floors (the second launch complex) and build a building with classrooms, laboratories, and an assembly hall.

    In peacetime, the use of the protective structure for the needs of the senior specialized school is envisaged. The functional purpose of the main premises for the period of peacetime: offices, locker rooms, book storage, film lecture rooms, inventory and furniture storage rooms used in the event of an emergency. Bathrooms, showers and a separate bathroom for low-mobility groups are provided.
