Description of the project

The project is aimed at modernizing the workshops and laboratories of the  institution of professional pre-higher education in order to create a modern, safe and inclusive educational environment on the basis of the Kropyvnytsky  Construction Vocational College. It is planned to update the material and technical base, introduce energy-efficient technologies, ensure accessibility for people with special educational needs, as well as improve conditions for practical training of education seekers in accordance with the requirements of the labor market. The implementation of the project will contribute to improving the quality of education, the competitiveness of graduates and the development of the regional economy.

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The goal of the project is to create a high-tech educational space that will provide training for competitive specialists through mastering innovative construction technologies and energy-efficient standards on modern equipment. The center should become a platform for effective interaction between the college and business, introducing elements of dual education and digital design tools (BIM). The project is also aimed at developing the human resource potential of the region by improving the skills of adults and training craftsmen for the high-quality post-war reconstruction of Ukraine.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The NPC will be created on the basis of the premises of the educational and production building of the Kropyvnytskyi Construction Vocational College. The existing base of workshops of the institution will become the foundation for the creation of the NPC, but it requires modernization and re-equipment in accordance with modern technological standards. In parallel with the renovation of the existing space, it is planned to deploy new educational and production sites equipped with high-tech equipment of the latest generation, which will allow to fully cover the spectrum of professional competencies in the field of construction and energy efficiency (the perspective plan of the NPC "Center for Modern Construction Technologies and Innovations".
