Description of the project
To create an educational and practical center that will be a recognized leader in the field of professional education in the sectoral focus: catering and restaurant management, which will contribute to the development of the potential of education seekers and their career growth.
The purpose of the project

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it
The new space is planned to be equipped with modern energy-efficient and multifunctional equipment, namely: combi steamers, induction cookers, contact grills, a cooking pot, as well as a vacuum packaging machine, refrigerators and freezers, planetary and thermo mixers; stainless steel furniture: tables, sinks, shelves, tools and dishes.
The current condition of the premises for organizing a training and practical center requires replacement and repair of water supply and sewage networks, heat supply, electricity supply, installation of a ventilation system, finishing works of the premises, namely: floors, ceilings, walls with replacement of doors and windows, taking into account measures to ensure the living conditions of low-mobility population groups.
Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation
Problem: Low professional quality of graduates of the vocational education institution in culinary professions, due to training on outdated equipment using outdated cooking technologies, unsatisfactory condition of premises and communications
Solution: Reconstruction of the institution's premises, purchase and installation of new modern culinary equipment and inventory, modernization of training programs
