The current condition of the premises for organizing an educational and practical center requires replacement and repair of water supply and sewage networks, heat supply, electricity supply, installation of a ventilation system, finishing works of the premises, namely: floors, steel, walls with replacement of doors and windows.

Overhaul of gravity sewer collector
The technical solution involves laying a new gravity sewer line with a diameter of 250 mm next to the existing line, and in some places along the existing sewer line. The gravity network is designed from polyethylene pipes with a diameter of 250 mm - for the closed laying method (by the GNB method) and PVC pipes with a diameter of 250 mm - for the open laying method. Due to the presence of subsidence soils of the first type and the presence of nearby buildings, in some places the pipeline is laid in protective waterproof PE sleeves with a diameter of 355 mm and PVC sleeves with a diameter of 315 mm.

In connection with with deep laying of the existing pipeline, the project does not envisage dismantling the domestic and drinking water supply.

The goal of the project is to preserve the historical monument and restore its original appearance by carrying out a complex of restoration works, including repairing the brickwork of the stele, updating the tombstones, replacing information signs, installing a new paving and covering with FEM tiles, painting the facades and landscaping the territory.
