General information

Description of the project

As a result of the destruction of certain elements of the roof, a PKD was developed to carry out major repairs of the roof for its restoration. This will allow providing high-quality social services to orphans and children deprived of parental care, including IDPs. It will also ensure comfortable living conditions for service recipients.

Replacement of wooden elements of the rafter system, replacement of asbestos-cement sheet covering, installation of electric lighting in the attic, organized drainage of atmospheric precipitation from the roof, fire protection of the wood of the rafter system

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Problem: Some elements of the roof have been destroyed, namely rotten rafters, beams need to be replaced, there is no ventilation, internal waterproofing. Solution: major repairs to the building's roof will ensure comfortable living conditions for orphans and children deprived of parental care, including IDPs, and the provision of quality social services
