General information

Description of the project

This working project involves drilling a well, constructing an underground pumping chamber above the well, installing water lifting equipment, and installing a fence for the I zone of the ZSO. The lack of sufficient backup creates risks of interruptions in the provision of water to the population. As a result of the project, a stable and uninterrupted water supply will be ensured, a backup source of water for the population will be created, and the sustainability of the community's life support system will be increased. The expected productivity of the well is up to 110 m³/day, which will allow covering the needs of a significant part of the population.

The purpose of the project

Main Goal:

Improving the equality of wealth distribution

Secondary Goal:

Improving the quality of services

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

Ensuring reliable, uninterrupted and safe water supply to the city's population. Meeting drinking water needs, reducing dependence on centralized networks, reducing water supply costs, rational use of natural resources and preventing depletion of aquifers. Minimizing environmental impact during drilling and operation of the well. The implementation of the project will create an autonomous water source, increase the reliability of the infrastructure and ensure continuous access of the population to basic services even in crisis conditions.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Well construction is often accompanied by geological, technical and water quality problems, which can lead to additional costs and delays. However, with prior research and the right equipment and treatment systems, these difficulties are effectively overcome. The result is a stable, high-quality and cost-effective water supply.
