As part of the project, it is planned to drill a well to the aquifer, equip a pumping chamber, install water lifting equipment, connect to the existing water supply system, and organize a sanitary protection zone. The proposed solution allows you to create a backup water supply independent of external sources, which will ensure continuous water supply to the population in the event of damage to the main pipeline or power outage of the water treatment plant. The implementation of the project will contribute to increasing the reliability of the water supply system, reducing critical dependence on external supply, and ensuring the sustainable functioning of the community in emergency situations.

Construction of new sections of household gravity sewer collectors passing through the territory of the main sewage pumping station at the address: Odesa region, Odessa district, Chornomorsk city, 23 Parkova st.
According to the design task, the working project provides for the overhaul of emergency sections of the existing sewer collector DN 800 mm on the territory of the State Water and Sewerage Service, with a total length of 126.2 m, which is designed along the existing route using the "rehabilitation" method - with the passage of polyethylene spiral-wound pipes SPIROKOR 600/678 Sn 8 inside the existing reinforced concrete pipe DN 800 mm. The destroyed walls of existing wells are restored with "Gidrozit" mixtures. After the completion of the repair work, the pits are backfilled.

Construction of a new section of an alternative water supply system
The decision involves the reconstruction of the emergency section of the main water supply in the area of the village of Sukhyi Lyman with the complete replacement of worn-out steel pipes with modern PE100 SDR17 polyethylene pipes. The project involves laying a new section of the pipeline with a length of about 460 m, installing new water wells, shut-off valves and performing the necessary construction and installation works. The use of polyethylene pipes will provide increased corrosion resistance, reduce water losses, increase the reliability of the network and significantly reduce the risk of accidents in the water supply system.

Major overhaul of the existing pressure sewer collector
The selected technical solution involves the reconstruction of the emergency section of the pressure sewer collector with the replacement of the existing worn-out pipeline with modern PE100 polyethylene pipes with a diameter of 250 mm. The total length of the reconstruction section is 464 m. The project involves the dismantling or decommissioning of the existing pipeline, the laying of a new pipeline using modern materials and technologies, the reconstruction of sewer wells, as well as the restoration of the road surface and landscaping after the completion of construction work. The use of polyethylene pipes will ensure high corrosion resistance, tightness of connections and long-term operation of the pipeline. The implementation of the solution will increase the reliability of the drainage system, reduce the risk of emergency situations and ensure stable transportation of wastewater to the sewage treatment plants of the city of Chornomorsk.

Construction of a building with the installation of a gas-piston cogeneration plant
Alternative solution
Gas piston cogeneration plant (backup power source), based on the operation of two Jenbacher JMS 312 GS-N.L cogeneration gas piston plants with an electric capacity of 638 kW and a thermal capacity of 377 kW each. The plant is designed to meet the needs of the central gas generator plant "Chornomorskteploenergo" and operates in cogeneration mode: the generation of electrical energy occurs together with the generation of thermal energy, which, performing the function of cooling the gas piston engine, is simultaneously directed to heating the coolant in the heating network. The system under consideration is designed for two operating modes: - the so-called "island" mode, when the plant operates separately from the heating network, generating electricity only for the needs of the gas generator; - parallel operation mode with the electrical network. In this mode, the power plant mainly works to meet the gas generator's own needs, and peak surges in electricity consumption of the gas generator (starting currents) are compensated by the external power grid. This mode allows for more uniform operation of the power generating equipment, which ensures its uniform wear. The total heat load in the gas generator is 1434 kW, an additionally installed economizer increases the total heat output to 717 kW for each unit; Fuel type - natural gas.
