General information
Description of the project
The project involves major repairs to the garage entrance and garage building on the territory of Buchanan Lyceum No. 5, which includes the restoration of the road surface, strengthening the foundation of the entrance, repair of the structural elements of the garage building, restoration of engineering elements and ensuring proper operating conditions for the premises. Currently, the technical condition of the garage entrance and garage building is unsatisfactory: there is damage to the road surface, unevenness of the surface, which complicates the safe movement of transport, in particular school buses and service vehicles. The condition of the garage building requires repair work to ensure its further safe operation. The implementation of the project will contribute to the creation of proper conditions for the storage and maintenance of vehicles, as well as increase the level of security on the territory of the educational institution.

The project involves major repairs to the garage entrance and garage building on the territory of Buchanan Lyceum No. 5, which includes restoring the road surface, strengthening the foundation of the entrance, repairing the structural elements of the garage building, restoring engineering elements, and ensuring proper operating conditions for the premises.
Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation
The facility is located on the territory of Buchansky Lyceum No. 5 of the Buchansky City Council and includes an entrance to the garage building, which is used for access by official and utility vehicles, including a school bus and technical vehicles.
Existing infrastructure includes:
The implementation of the project may be accompanied by the following possible drawbacks:
the need to temporarily restrict access to the garage building during the work;
possible temporary complication of logistics on the territory of the educational institution;
the need for additional financing in case of detection of hidden structural defects;
the dependence of the timing of work on weather conditions.
