General information

Description of the project

The sewer collector was built and put into operation in 1927. Currently, the pipelines are completely or partially destroyed - the pipes have significant damage and cracks. Over the entire period of operation, the pipeline has become unusable. Drainage is complicated and is not carried out in full. Due to numerous works on mechanical cleaning from blockages, further violations of the integrity of the specified pipeline occur. Therefore, to ensure reliable drainage in the residential area of the district, it is necessary to carry out urgent work to restore damage to the pipeline. Taking into account the above, the sewer collector in the destroyed area has become unusable for further operation and requires restoration of integrity together with inspection wells.

The purpose of the project

Main goal:

Rebuilding the damaged/destroyed

Secondary goal:

Contribution to climate or environmental goals, Increasing compliance with modern standards, Introducing innovations and energy-efficient solutions, Improving the quality of services

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The aim of the project is to ensure reliable, safe and uninterrupted operation of the sewage system by reconstructing the existing gravity sewer collector, which is in unsatisfactory technical condition and does not meet modern regulatory requirements. The main tasks of the reconstruction are: restoring the technical operability of the collector, increasing the efficiency of the sewer networks, improving environmental safety and sanitary and hygienic conditions, extending the service life of the sewer networks, and ensuring comfortable and safe living conditions for the population.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The main problems at the moment are: critical wear of the sewer collector, complete or partial destruction of pipelines, complicated and incomplete drainage of wastewater, deterioration of the network due to regular mechanical cleaning, risk of emergency situations and deterioration of the sanitary condition of the area. In accordance with the above, the collector is unsuitable for further operation, therefore it is necessary to urgently reconstruct the pressure sewer collector, as a result of which the following results will be achieved: full restoration of the tightness and operability of the collector, ensuring stable and uninterrupted wastewater drainage, minimizing emergency situations, improving the sanitary and hygienic condition of the territory.
