General information

Description of the project

The main tasks of the project: modernization of the building's structural elements (replacement of the roof, insulation of the facade, renewal of engineering networks, replacement of windows and doors); arrangement of internal premises in accordance with the requirements of inclusivity and energy efficiency; renewal of heating, ventilation, power supply and water supply systems; bringing the premises into compliance with fire and technogenic safety standards; improvement of the surrounding area (arrangement of sidewalks, recreation areas, lighting, landscaping); adjustment of design solutions in connection with changes in the regulatory framework, the cost of building materials and technical conditions for connection.

The purpose of the project

Main Goal:

Increasing compliance with modern standards

Secondary Goal:

Improving the quality of services

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Deterioration of the building and engineering networks. The school has significant physical deterioration, outdated communications and structures, which creates risks for the safety of students. Relevance: the need to restore the functionality of the building. Consequences without action: emergencies, restrictions on the educational process. Expected effect: a restored, reliable and safe building. Low energy efficiency. Lack of insulation, old windows and an uneconomical heating system cause large heat losses. Consequences: budget overspending, cold in classrooms. Result: reduced energy consumption, stable temperature regime. Non-compliance with safety requirements. There are no fire alarm, notification, lightning protection systems. Consequences: threat to the life and health of children. Result: compliance with fire and technogenic safety standards. Lack of inclusive conditions. There are no ramps and adapted bathrooms. Consequences: limited access for children with disabilities. Result: creation of a barrier-free educational space. Outdated educational environment. The premises do not meet the requirements of a modern school. Consequences: low motivation of students and teachers. Result: a modern, comfortable, motivating learning environment.
