General information

Description of the project

To ensure equal access to high-quality specialized education for students in grades 10-12, it is necessary to create appropriate conditions for safe, regular and free transportation of students and teachers in the amount of 120 people from rural settlements of the community to the Supporting Institution Gorodok Lyceum No. 4, which from September 1, 2027 will function as an academic lyceum of the community. The presence of buses is an opportunity to get to the educational institution, study in person and receive high-quality, modern specialized education. In addition to ensuring regular transportation of students to schools, the bus will also ensure safety and comfort during transportation, which will contribute to improving the level of education and social integration of children from different parts of the community. The project is an important step towards the development of infrastructure and improving the level of education within the community.

The purpose of the project

Main Goal:

Improving the equality of wealth distribution

Secondary Goal:

Increasing compliance with modern standards, Ensuring inclusiveness and equal opportunities, Reducing territorial or social gaps

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The goal of the project is to ensure safe, regular and comfortable transportation of 120 high school students and teaching staff to and from the academic lyceum, which will contribute to the implementation of the constitutional right of children to equal access to quality specialized education regardless of their place of residence. This project provides for the purchase of 2 school buses during 2026 on co-financing terms.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The project is designed to solve the problem of transporting high school students from optimized secondary education institutions in the community, who will be studying at the academic lyceum, which currently does not have a boarding house, starting September 1, 2027. Solving this problem requires supplementing the current fleet of the community's educational system with additional buses - which will provide reliable transportation for all students who need it.
