General information

Description of the project

Engineering networks are provided for the implementation of the project "New construction of a residential building on Mykola Bidnyaka Street in the city of Chernivtsi". The project involves the construction of a one-story residential building with a total area of 232 sq. m and is being implemented within the framework of a memorandum of cooperation between the Chernivtsi City Council and the charitable foundation "Olena Zelenska Foundation". Financing of the construction and implementation of related works will be carried out at the expense of the charitable foundation. Electricity and gas supply of the facility is planned to be provided by connecting to existing city engineering networks.

The purpose of the project

Main goal:

Improving the condition of infrastructure

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

Ensuring reliable and uninterrupted connection of the object "New construction of a residential building on Mykola Bidnyaka Street in the city of Chernivtsi" to the electricity and gas supply systems by connecting to existing city engineering networks in accordance with current standards and technical conditions. The methods of achieving the goal are to obtain and fulfill technical conditions from the operators of engineering networks, develop and approve design and estimate documentation (if necessary), perform construction and installation work on laying and connecting electrical and gas networks, as well as carry out commissioning work and put the networks into operation in accordance with the procedure established by law.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Problems: the lack of connection of the land plot to the electrical and gas networks makes it impossible to fully operate the residential building and put the facility into operation. Results of the solution: ensuring connection to the city electrical and gas networks will create the necessary conditions for the functioning of the residential building, increase the level of engineering support of the facility and allow its commissioning in accordance with current regulatory requirements.
