Installation of a modern prefabricated building with integrated engineering networks and completely new technological equipment
The technical solution provides for a comprehensive restoration and repair approach to the premises of the catering units of Chernivtsi Lyceum No. 12 at 1 and 18 Lesi Ukrainky St. It includes the dismantling of inauthentic and worn-out wall, floor and ceiling finishes, restoration of interior decoration using modern, safe and energy-efficient materials, as well as repair and replacement of engineering networks - electricity, water supply, sewage and ventilation. The project will install modern energy-efficient kitchen equipment, which will ensure safe and productive cooking. The functional purpose of the catering units remains unchanged, and all work is carried out in compliance with monument protection legislation and sanitation standards.

Installation of a modern prefabricated building with integrated engineering networks and completely new technological equipment
The existing educational building of the gymnasium, where the catering unit is located, which is scheduled for major repairs - a 2-story brick building with a basement under part of the building. The building is a frame-stone structure with longitudinal and transverse load-bearing walls. It was built during the Soviet era in the late 1970s. The existing roof structure is gable. Communication between the floors of the catering unit is carried out using a staircase intended exclusively for the needs of the catering unit. The premises of the catering unit can be accessed both from an external separate entrance and from the dining room on the second floor. The area with washbasins forvisitors is located in front of the dining room. This project provides for the arrangement of a «basic (classical)»technological scheme of the kitchen. It includes the following zones:- zone for receiving and storing raw materials;- procurement zone;- service and household zone;- main cooking zone;- zone for washing and storing kitchen utensils and equipment;- zone for issuing ready-made dishes;- dining room zone;- hand washing zone.This project also provides for the overhaul of the dining room, which is located on the 2nd floor. The overhaul project of the catering unit is carried out in 13rooms on the first floor and in 10 rooms on the 2nd floor. These areproduction, storage and household premises, as well as a dining hall. Work is being carried out here on the decoration of walls, ceilings, floors, replacing allexisting wooden door blocks with metal-plastic ones. On the 1st floor, a refrigerator zone is being equipped by demolishing the existing brick partition. A shower room is also being equipped on the floor, which is intended for the needs of employees of the catering unit. Previously, the shower room waslocated in the area of the existing laundry room. Masonry of a shaft for afood elevator is planned. On the 2nd floor, due to the existing distribution zone,which will be modernized by the project, the area of the dining hall and thenumber of seats are increasing. All floors are planned to be made on one levelwithout drops and thresholds.

The project provides for strengthening and restoring foundations and load-bearing walls, repairing and strengthening brick vaults of basements, eliminating the causes of dampness and installing waterproofing. It is planned to repair and partially replace roof structures, restore wooden roof elements, repair the drainage system, restore facades and architectural details. The engineering solutions include the reconstruction of water supply and drainage systems, updating the heating system, installing ventilation with recuperation, replacing electrical networks and lighting with energy-saving ones, as well as installing fire alarm and lightning protection systems. The project also provides for ensuring barrier-free access to the building (installing a lifting platform, adapting entrances) and landscaping the adjacent territory with arranging the coating and drainage.

To ensure safe evacuation and convenient access to the premises, an additional exit is being arranged with the dismantling of part of the outer wall.

Local repair measures and simplified adaptation of the building to current needs
First of all, it is planned to carry out repair work on the basement part of the building by dismantling the granite slab cladding, restoring vertical waterproofing, bringing the walls to the standard moisture condition and implementing water-lowering measures. Window blocks made of profile aluminum structures, which have subsided during operation, lost their strength and energy-saving properties and have through-hole leaks, are subject to replacement or restoration. The exterior doors of the building are physically and morally worn out and require replacement. The roofing is in unsatisfactory condition in places, and given the loss of aesthetic and physical characteristics of the existing finish, made in local conditions, it is planned to replace it with a material with factory painting, resistant to atmospheric precipitation, with simultaneous replacement of elements of the storm system and strengthening of the rafter structure. In order to adapt the building to modern conditions of use and ensure accessibility for people with reduced mobility, it is planned to install an elevator in the courtyard of the building, as well as install inclined lifts in places of height differences to prevent a decrease in the width of the corridors. Based on the results of the analysis of structural and planning solutions and the survey conducted, it was determined that a complex of repair and restoration works was required, including facade repair, restoration of basement waterproofing, replacement of windows and external doors with energy-efficient ones, replacement of the roof covering, repair of the heating system and implementation of barrier-free measures.

Engineering networks are provided for the implementation of the project "New construction of a residential building on Mykola Bidnyaka Street in the city of Chernivtsi". The project involves the construction of a one-story residential building with a total area of 232 sq. m and is being implemented within the framework of a memorandum of cooperation between the Chernivtsi City Council and the charitable foundation "Olena Zelenska Foundation". Financing of the construction and implementation of related works will be carried out at the expense of the charitable foundation. Electricity and gas supply of the facility is planned to be provided by connecting to existing city engineering networks.

The project provides for the construction of a pumping station and a pressure sewer pipeline to divert wastewater from the solid waste landfill located on Chornivska Street to the existing sewer collector on I. Pidkovy Street in Chernivtsi. The pumping station is located in an existing reservoir and provides for the installation of pumping equipment in accordance with the design solutions. The operation of the pumps is ensured in automatic mode using control cabinets, which allows for the regulation of operating modes and monitoring of operational parameters. The project provides for the installation of a pressure sewer pipeline to transport wastewater from the pumping station to the connection point to the existing sewage system. The pipeline is laid underground in accordance with the requirements of current building codes and standards. The pumping station is powered by existing networks in compliance with the requirements for reliability, electrical safety and grounding. The designed technical solutions ensure continuous and safe operation of the facility, as well as reducing the negative impact of wastewater on the environment.

The project envisages the creation of a centralized system of domestic, drinking and fire-fighting water supply. The source of water supply is the existing water supply network, to which the new infrastructure is connected. The project envisages the construction of an underground street water supply network with a connection to the existing centralized water supply system of the city. The network is intended for domestic, drinking and fire-fighting water supply. The total length of the designed water supply network is about 2.26 km. Modern polyethylene pressure pipes are used for construction, which ensure high reliability, durability and reduced operating costs. The project envisages the installation of water wells, shut-off valves, fire hydrants, metering and pressure regulation units, which guarantees stable and safe operation of the system.
