To create a swimming pool in the community to provide rehabilitation and health services to veterans, military personnel, students and community residents, as well as to hold sports and mass events, including the needs of neighboring territorial communities, by the end of 2026.

Problem: insufficient number of sports and rehabilitation centers in the local community, which limits opportunities for physical activity, health improvement, and rehabilitation of the population. Detailed description of the problem: The Zboriv local community is located in the west of the country, in a so-called “relatively safe” area, and therefore feels responsible for providing quality social services, namely rehabilitation for those who defend our homeland, children with special educational needs, and other residents who need health improvement through water procedures. The lack of a swimming pool is a big problem not only for our community, but also for neighboring communities – the Ozernyanska TG and the Zalozetska TG in the Ternopil region. Residents of our community, both children and adults, are forced to visit the regional center for swimming lessons, and that is for those who have the opportunity. while those categories of people, children with physical or other illnesses, are completely deprived of the opportunity for quality rehabilitation classes, which are only possible in a swimming pool, as it is a unique form of physical activity that not only strengthens the body but also brings pleasure and relaxation. The pool is a real base of opportunities for improving physical and emotional well-being. The implementation of such a project will meet the needs of the population and encourage a healthy lifestyle, which is so necessary for the development of young people, their own well-being, and the successful development of future generations. However, the main achievement of the project is the improvement of the investment climate in the community.
