Selective overhaul and ongoing network upgrades
The project has been ongoing since 2024 and involves major repairs to the therapeutic building "A1-1" of the "Zborivskaya Hospital" KNP, located at: Zboriv, 17 B. Khmelnytskyi St. The building is one-story with a partial basement, with outdated structural elements and engineering networks that require modernization. The project includes a comprehensive renovation of the building, including: strengthening the foundations and walls, replacing the roof and roofing, insulating facades and ceilings, replacing windows and doors with energy-efficient ones, upgrading engineering networks (electricity, plumbing, ventilation), internal redevelopment of premises, finishing and replacing floors. It also includes the installation of a ramp, fire protection systems and lightning protection, which will ensure compliance with modern safety and inclusion requirements. The implementation of the project will increase the energy efficiency of the building, create comfortable and safe conditions for patients and medical staff, and ensure the accessibility of the facility for people with limited mobility in accordance with current building codes. The project will take another 6 months to complete.

Current repairs with partial modernization of shelter engineering systems
Overhaul of the interior walls of the PRU and bathrooms by removing the plaster on the walls of the bathrooms, filling (chipping) the joints in the walls of concrete blocks with repair building mixtures, priming, puttying, lime painting, painting with rubber paints and installing partitions between bathrooms made of metal-plastic (window profile). Ceiling repairs are planned by cleaning them from lime paint, filling the joints of the panels with repair building mixtures, puttying, priming and lime painting. Floor repairs are planned by installing waterproofing on a concrete base, installing a new leveling screed and ceramic tile covering, and installing a new base, waterproofing, screed and ceramic tile covering on adobe covering. The project includes the repair of walls, floors and ceilings, replacement of doors, parts of windows, installation of technological equipment in the school part of the catering unit and dining room.
