The civil defense building requires major repairs to ensure safe conditions for staying in the healthcare facility.

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it
The purpose of the project is to overhaul the civil defense facility, which is located in the building of the Kostopil Center for Civil Defense, to create safe conditions for visitors to the facility and students of educational institutions. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to carry out overhaul of the facility, namely, the arrangement of ventilation, water, electricity and heat supply systems, installation of waterproofing and other works.
Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation
The result of solving this problem is the creation of a civil defense structure that meets technical requirements and ensures the safe stay of visitors to the healthcare facility.
