Description of the project

The project involves the new construction of a separate dual-purpose building with the protective properties of a storage facility, as part of the educational complex of Lyceum No. 10 "Linguist" with the possibility of its use in peacetime as an auxiliary building to the main school building, namely: a security classroom, rooms for clubs and extracurricular activities, a mini - library, a recreational area, a place for online lessons, rooms for professional communities, a speech therapist's, psychologist's, social educator's office, a space for meditation and psychological relief. During a special period, the civil defense building should be used for its intended purpose.

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The basis for the development of project documentation is the need to arrange a full-fledged storage facility that meets modern regulatory requirements and provides the opportunity to continue the educational process regardless of current changes in the security situation in the region. The project provides for the construction of a new separate building of a dual-purpose structure with the protective properties of a storage facility, as part of the educational complex of Lyceum No. 10 "Linguist" with the possibility of its use in peacetime as an auxiliary building to the main school building, namely: a security classroom, rooms for clubs and extracurricular activities, a mini-library, a recreational area, a place for online lessons, rooms for professional communities, a speech therapist's, psychologist's, social educator's office, a space for meditation and psychological relief; During a special period, the civil defense building should be used for its intended purpose. Considering that the SPP is located on the territory of the educational institution, zoning of the premises is provided for the possibility of organizing the educational process in the format of an "underground school" for 16 separate classrooms.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The arrangement of a storage facility on the territory of the lyceum allows the release of places reserved for the needs of the school in the three simplest shelters that are currently in operation, for their further use by other municipal institutions and residents of nearby residential buildings.
