The purpose of the project
Main goal:
Improving the quality of services
Secondary goal:
Increasing compliance with modern standards, Improving the condition of infrastructure, Introducing innovations and energy-efficient solutions
Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it
Description of architectural, construction and structural solutions
Constructive elementsThe mark of the existing floor level of the basement floor was taken as 0.000. The existing lyceum building is a 2-story irregularly shaped structure in plan, the shelter occupies part of the basement, the walls of the basement floor are made of concrete wall blocks, the partitions are brick. The walls of the 1st-2nd floors are made of ceramic bricks. The height of the premises is 2.30 m to the floor slabs. The height of the premises of the 1st-2nd floors is 3.30 m. The interfloor ceiling is made of round hollow slabs, the roof of the building is hipped. The floors of the basement floor have a cement screed in some places. The entrance doors are existing metal-plastic. The existing load-bearing walls and structures are in satisfactory condition and are suitable for further operation. The reconstruction of the construction site is carried out within the existing basement walls. The partitions in the bathrooms are designed from ordinary solid brick, grade KRPv 1NF-M100-1650- F-15-1 (DSTU B V. 2.7-61-2008), on a cement-sand mortar M 50. The lintels are designed from rolled metal. The doorways of the entrances are filled with protective doors made of non-combustible material, which have the bearing capacity to hold the load from the excess pressure of the explosion wave, which corresponds to the protective properties of the SPP with the protective properties of the PRU. It is planned to separate fire-hazardous and technical premises, electrical panel, ventilation with type 1 fire partitions with type 2 fire doors. The walls are plastered with lime-sand mortar and adhesive painting, the ceilings are grouted and adhesive painting. The floors are made of epoxy self-leveling coating ESP-703.
Ecology and sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population
According to the results of the review of the design materials, it was established that the working project was developed in accordance with regulatory requirements on environmental issues, the impact of the designed activity on the parameters of environmental factors of human life is expected within the limits specified by sanitary standards.
Assessment of design solutions on energy saving issues
Based on the results of the review of the design materials, it was established that the detailed design was developed in accordance with regulatory requirements on energy saving issues, the impact of the designed activity on energy efficiency parameters is expected within the limits specified by regulatory documents. Based on the study of the submitted materials, the detailed design "Reconstruction of the basement for a dual-purpose building with the properties of the PRU of the Kamyansk Lyceum of the Kamyansk Village Council of the Beregivskyi District of the Transcarpathian Region at the address: Kamyanske village, Mukachevska st., 4" meets the requirements of regulatory acts on energy saving issues.
Fire and technogenic safety
Based on the results of the review, it was established that the specified design documentation at this stage of design was developed in compliance with the requirements of fire and technogenic safety. The structural elements of the building meet the requirements for the minimum values of the fire resistance classes of the building structures in accordance with the designed degree of fire resistance. The classification of materials designed in the construction complies with DBN V. 1.1-7:2016. The protective structure has a II degree of fire resistance. The main structures of the SPP are made of non-combustible materials. The heat supply source is the existing external heating network. The shelter is equipped with ventilation systems for two operating modes: clean ventilation - mode I (for 48 hours) and filter ventilation - mode II (for 12 hours). The ventilation system takes into account the maximum number of people who can be simultaneously located in the shelter. The air intakes and exhaust devices are provided with explosion-proof devices with a protective box. Signaling and loudspeaker devices and electronic information boards are connected to local automated centralized notification systems. Separate zones are provided for persons with disabilities in the shelter. For internal fire extinguishing purposes, a B2 network with two fire hydrant sets with an internal hose diameter of 25 mm and a flow rate of at least 31 l/min is provided. An emergency supply of drinking water is provided in the protective structure tank at the rate of 3 l/day per person to be sheltered * 288 = 1728 l. A fire alarm system and an evacuation control system (in terms of the fire alarm system and direction indicators), a centralized fire monitoring system, an alarm system for opening fire hydrant cabinets and the position of the inlet shut-off valves of the fire hydrant cabinets are provided. The calculated evacuation time of people from the SPP does not exceed the required evacuation time, which indicates the following: by the time the dangerous fire factors reach critical values and the evacuation routes are blocked, persons who may be in the shelter at the time of the probable fire will make an independent exit. Engineering and technical measures of civil protection The working project has developed a section of engineering and technical measures of civil protection, in which the territory is zoned in accordance with the requirements of DBN V.1.2-4:2019 and decisions aimed at minimizing the occurrence of emergencies have been made. Planning and design solutions for external entrances provide the necessary protection of internal premises from the effects of conventional means of destruction, excluding the possibility of direct hit of bullets, grenade fragments, aircraft bombs and artillery ammunition in these premises. A dual-purpose building with protective properties of the PRU group - P-5 (protection factor 100, excess pressure 200 kPa) is being constructed at the facility, a control point is planned. The total capacity of the SPP with the PRU properties is 288 people, and it is equipped with two external entrances and exits.
Labor protection
During construction and installation work, it is necessary to strictly comply with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Labor Protection" Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers 1107, DBN A.3.2-2-2009 (NAOP 45.2-7.02-12) "Labor protection and industrial safety in construction". NPAOP 0.00-1.15-07 "Rules for labor protection during work at height"; NPAOP 40.1-1.21-98 "Rules for safe operation of electrical installations of consumers"; NPAOP 0.00-1.80-18 “Occupational safety rules during the operation of cranes, lifting devices and related equipment”. NPAOP 45.2-7.03-17 “Minimum requirements for labor protection at temporary or mobile construction sites”; NPAOP 0.00-1.75-15 “Occupational safety rules during loading and unloading operations”; NPAOP 0.00-1.71-13 “Occupational safety rules when working with tools and devices”; In a construction organization, the employer is responsible for the state of labor protection and safety, whose duties include: providing project documentation for organizing construction and conducting work; planning and coordinating with the trade union organization measures regarding safety and industrial sanitation; providing these measures with financing and material and technical resources; implementing measures included in the collective agreement; supplying workers with work clothes, footwear, and personal protective equipment; complying with labor legislation on working hours; conducting knowledge tests at least once a year; organizing briefing and training of workers; improving qualifications and testing knowledge; creating safe and harmless working conditions at construction sites; supplying all types of educational and visual aids and instructional materials and propaganda on labor protection; reviewing design and estimate documentation for the work performed. To solve the above tasks, a labor protection and safety service is created. The facility has a facility management system. Household and sanitary-technical maintenance of construction and installation organizations working at construction sites is mandatory.
Safety and accessibility during operation
Design solutions meet the requirements of DBN V.1.2-9:2021 for ensuring safety and accessibility during operation and concern the prevention and/or minimization of the possibility of accidents or injuries to people during the design, construction, operation and liquidation of facilities, which may occur as a result of the following hazardous factors: - slipping, tripping, falling; - impact, collision; - burns; - electric shock; - explosion injury; - limited accessibility for low-mobility population groups; - unauthorized access by unauthorized persons.
