Description of the project

The implementation is due to the unsatisfactory technical condition of the building and requires the creation of safe, energy-efficient and modern living conditions for residents. The project will contribute to improving the quality of the building structures of the residential building and ensuring comfortable living conditions for residents.

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The project involves insulating the supporting structures of the facade and roof of the building with modern materials. The implementation is due to the unsatisfactory technical condition of the building and requires the creation of safe, energy-efficient and modern living conditions for residents. The project will contribute to improving the quality of building structures of the residential building and ensuring comfortable living conditions for residents.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Based on the inspection of the roof structures, the following conclusions can be drawn: the main load-bearing and enclosing structures of the house are in satisfactory condition ("category 2"); the structural elements of the roof of the house do not meet modern regulatory requirements for the energy efficiency of enclosing structures and require energy saving measures. Namely: insulation of the external walls of the building with insulation - mineral wool 150 mm thick; in the basement of the building with insulation - extruded polystyrene foam 120 mm thick; insulation of the roof with polystyrene foam plates, thickness. 200 mm. Restoration of the organized external drainage system from the roof. Painting of metal elements of balconies, decoration with aluminum composite panels and bringing the exterior of the building into a single appearance.
