ensuring inclusion for low-mobility population groups while ensuring accessibility requirements -providing a full range of services for diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation of patients on the basis of the hospital in specific areas of activity -taking into account modern approaches to medical practice

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Increase the level of safety: improve the technical condition of the building, which requires major repairs, according to the technical report, the fire safety system, ventilation and power supply, which will increase the overall level of safety for patients and medical staff in the complex. - Increase the trust of the population: patients will be more inclined to contact the renovated medical institutions, which will increase the level of satisfaction with medical services. The letter of guarantee for the provision of financing within the framework of the Financial Agreement between Ukraine and the European Investment Bank "Ukraine Recovery Program III", signed on June 11, 2024 and ratified by the Law of Ukraine dated August 20, 2024 No. 3905-I is attached. In the future, we guarantee to complete the work in all four stages.
