Installation of individual heating points in educational institutions
Leaving the existing heating system of educational institutions unchanged
The alternative technical solution involves the installation of individual heat points in educational institutions of the Kryvyi Rih city territorial community, in particular in general secondary and preschool education institutions, which are connected to a centralized heat supply system and have signs of inefficient use of thermal energy. The solution consists in equipping each building with a modern set of ITP equipment, which provides automatic regulation of the coolant parameters depending on the external temperature, actual thermal load and the operating mode of the facility. The implementation involves the installation of control units, regulating valves, pumping equipment, monitoring, measurement and automation equipment, which make it possible to provide more accurate, flexible and controlled heat supply at the level of a specific building. The technical essence of the solution is the transition from virtually uncontrolled heat energy consumption to a model in which the volume of heat supply is adapted to the real needs of the institution. This allows to eliminate cases of overheating of premises during the heating season, to reduce the need for manual temperature regulation by opening windows, to reduce unproductive heat energy losses and to ensure a more stable temperature regime in the premises. The solution is implemented without abandoning centralized heat supply, but with a significant increase in the efficiency of its use on the consumer side. The introduction of ITP also creates a technical basis for improving energy management in educational institutions, as it provides the possibility of more accurate control of heat supply parameters, prompt response to deviations and further monitoring of the efficiency of heat energy consumption. Given that the project covers social infrastructure facilities, the solution has not only a technical but also a pronounced socio-economic effect, as it is aimed at increasing the comfort of children and employees, reducing budget costs for heat supply and achieving energy efficiency and decarbonization goals at the community level.
