General information

Description of the project

The project provides for the implementation of emergency and restoration and capital works within the premises of common use, as well as on elements of common property that were damaged as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
The main works include:
replacement of the roofing;
replacement of damaged windows and doors;
repair of facades in the areas of damage;
replacement of damaged engineering networks (water supply, sewage, heating, electricity supply, corridor lighting).
The works are exclusively restorative in nature and are aimed at bringing the building into a safe operational condition.

The project provides for the following organizational and technological scheme of works for capital repairs:
− Performance of works on dismantling the following elements of the building:
• roofing and damaged rafter structures;
• filling window and door openings;
• internal engineering networks;
• interior decoration and floors in public areas;
• facade decoration in the damaged area;
• damaged area of the blind area.
− Performing work on arranging reinforcement elements for load-bearing structures and laying a breach in the external wall;
− Performing work on replacing damaged rafter structures, arranging additional fasteners for wooden rafter system posts, hydrobarrier, laths
and metal tile roofing;
− Installing waterproofing and insulation of external walls below ground level and blind area within the dismantled area;
− Installation of risers of internal engineering networks (water supply and sewage), replacement of existing heating devices and pipelines with new ones, for premises subject to repair, installation of power supply and lighting of corridors of a residential building;
− Filling of window openings;
− Filling of doorways in common areas and decoration of interior spaces belonging to common property;
− Decoration of facades within the dismantled area.

The purpose of the works is to restore the functionality of the residential building and ensure safe living conditions for residents after the destruction caused by military actions. The project does not envisage changing the functional purpose of the facility, increasing the number of floors or any impact beyond the restoration of existing structures and engineering systems.
