Construction of underground power supply networks for a general practice - family medicine outpatient clinic at the address: Odesa region, Odessa district, Chornomorske settlement, Gvardiyska st., 35/2
The purpose of this solution is to ensure reliable, uninterrupted, cost-effective and energy-saving power supply to the medical institution, taking into account possible extreme weather conditions, instability of external networks and needs for backup power. According to the technical task for the design, it is planned to build a 0.38 kV overhead line from the RP-0.4 kV ZTP 348 to the GRS-0.4 kV facility located in the electrical switchboard, in the basement of the building at elevation -3,000. The project also provides for the installation of an input and metering cabinet (ShVO) on the designed support No. 3, with a rated current In=250A, mounted installation, in which it is necessary to install a pre-metering and post-metering circuit breaker, type NM8S-250S, In=250A, Ir=160A, 3P and current transformers T-0.66-0.5S, nominal 150/5.In the SHVO-0.4kV, it is planned to install internal doors with the possibility of sealing, with windows for taking meter readings, slots for controlling switching devices.The power source is the existing ZTP 348. It is planned to install in the panel No. 6 of the RP-0.4kV ZTP 348 an automatic circuit breaker of the type NM8S-250S, In=250A, Ir=180A, 3P, fororganizing selective protection of the facility's power supply system.It is planned to install and connect a reactive power compensation device UKRM-0.4-35-5-U3 in the electrical switchboard room object.The design and installation of the 0.4 kV substation is provided for in a separate project.The project provides for the laying of a wire of the AsXSn-1 brand, with a cross section of 4x95 mm2 between thedesigned supports No. 1-6. Sections of the 0.4 kV network from panel No. 6 of the RP-0.4 kV ZTP 348 to support No. 1 and the section from support No. 6 to the GRSCH-0.4 kV shall be executed with a cable of the APvBbShp-1 brand, with a cross-section of 4x95mm2, which is laid in an earthen trench in a pipe.The 0.4 kV cable from the GRSCH-0.4 kV to the UKRM of the object shall be executed with a cable of the VVGngd-1 brand, with a cross-section of 4x16mm2, which is laid according to the designed cable structures of the electrical switchboard.The plan for laying the 0.4 kV cable see drawing -EP, sheet 5. Laying and instructionsfor laying cables in the RP-0.4 kV ZTP 348 room and in the electrical switchboard room see drawing -EP, sheets 6-7.The cable is laid in the existing cable channel RP-0.4 kV ZTP 348, in a trenchand along the designed cable structures in the electrical panel facility.

The working project envisages a major overhaul of the heating system of the building of the preschool educational institution "Sonechko", which is located at: st. Myru, 11, Zmienkove village (former village of Gvardiyske), Odessa district, Odessa region. The project provides for: - replacement of heating system pipelines and heating devices in part of the premises of the ZDO; - connection to the existing heating pipelines that pass through the basement of the building. The overhaul of the ZDO heating system is planned in one turn with the allocation of two start-up complexes, which are located: - 1st start-up complex - premises of the 2nd and partially 1st (in axes 4-9/ A-G) floors of the eastern wing of the building; - 2nd start-up complex - the remaining premises of the 1st floor of the eastern wing of the building, part of the premises of the 1st-story administration block and gallery in axes 4-5/K-L. The project of overhaul of the heating system provides for a comprehensive modernization of the existing heating system taking into account modern building codes, energy-efficient technologies and safety requirements. The features of the project are the phased implementation of work without stopping the educational process, the use of modern equipment with an increased efficiency and long service life. The implementation of the project is of important social and economic importance, as it is aimed at creating comfortable and safe conditions for students and employees of the educational institution. The project contributes to reducing energy consumption, optimizing heating costs, increasing the reliability of engineering networks and reducing the negative impact on the environment. The need to implement the project is due to the physical and moral wear and tear of the existing heating system, frequent emergency situations, uneven heat distribution in the premises, and high operating costs. An additional factor is the need to ensure a stable temperature regime in accordance with sanitary and hygienic standards. As a result of the work, the following will be achieved:-ensuring stable and uniform heat supply to all premises of the educational institution;-increasing the energy efficiency of the heating system and reducing energy costs;-improving the conditions of stay of pupils and work;-reducing the risk of emergency situations and costs for current repairs;-extending the service life of the institution's engineering networks.

Proper functioning of the drainage system is an extremely important aspect of creating a safe environment and includes not only ensuring the disposal of used water, but also preventing environmental pollution, the spread of diseases and creating comfortable living conditions. The existing drainage system of the village of Gvardiyske and KNS 4 was built in the 1960s, and has long been in need of comprehensive reconstruction, restoration and modernization. The purpose of implementing this project is to provide the population with the necessary conditions for exercising their rights to receive high-quality centralized drainage while simultaneously reducing the negative impact of wastewater on the environment. The development of the project is due to: - unsatisfactory technical condition and wear and tear of the fixed assets of the centralized drainage system; - the use of outdated technologies and equipment in the centralized drainage system; - high energy consumption in the system, which increases tariffs for centralized wastewater; - limited investment and shortage of financial resources necessary for community development; - possible sharp environmental pollution, which may have adverse consequences for aquatic ecosystems, including the death of fish and other aquatic organisms, as well as contamination of drinking water. The project provides for: - reconstruction of technological pipelines in the machine room of the building of sewage pumping station No. 4, dismantling of the old pump, installation of 2 new frequency pumps - main and backup; - laying a section of 160 mm pressure sewerage in two threads from chamber KV-1 near sewage pumping station No. 4 in the village of Gvardiyske to the receiving tank located near sewage pumping station No. 3 in the town of Chornomorske; - reconstruction of the building of the sewage pumping station No. 4. The designed sewage network is laid to allow the drainage of wastewater from residential and public facilities. In this regard, the impact on the social environment can be assessed as positive. When designing the pressure sewerage, polyethylene pipes were used, which have an estimated service life of 50 years, which is significantly higher than that of steel pipes - 25 years. The use of such construction technology allows significantly reducing material and time costs for construction and maintenance in order to ensure uninterrupted drainage. This project will ensure effective maintenance of the site being relocated, thanks to the installed modern pipeline system and will help prevent leaks. Impact on the man-made environment - none. Impact on the geological environment - none. Impact on flora and fauna - none.

The population of the Chornomorsk settlement territorial community is 8,711 people, who live in the village of Chornomorsk - 7,596 people and the village of Gvardiyske - 1,115 people. Actually, 10,000 people live there. The area of the Chornomorsk settlement territorial community is 4,318.40 hectares. The community is located on the Black Sea coast, 15 km from Odessa and at a convenient transport junction Odesa - Southern highway M-28. The majority of the community's residents are participants in hostilities, persons with disabilities as a result of the war, family members of a deceased (deceased) defender or Defender of Ukraine, war veterans and members of their families, military personnel who are retired, are serving in the military and who participate in the defense of our country. Due to the large-scale military invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine, the number of veterans and their family members is significantly greater, therefore the Chornomorska settlement community must be ready to provide them with quality and full medical services. The main directions of the state veteran policy include providing modern and effective tools to war veterans, their family members, Defenders of Ukraine for successful rehabilitation and self-realization after returning to peaceful life. Social and medical services are used free of charge by all community residents, military personnel and their family members, and these institutions are financed from the local community budget. The relevance of the project lies in the fact that, due to the decentralization process, the issue of improving the accessibility and quality of medical services, including the creation of favorable conditions for meeting the needs of persons with disabilities and other low-mobility population groups, has arisen in the Chornomorska settlement TG. Currently, there are no premises on the territory of the Chornomorska settlement TG that could be used to accommodate a new modern outpatient clinic, and the premises of the existing outpatient clinic do not meet modern standards and requirements. An important safety factor is the designed dual-purpose premises with the properties radiation shelter, designed to shelter 50 people simultaneously in the outpatient clinic, including staff and visitors.
