Description of the project

The project involves the construction of a new preschool educational institution for 150 places. The facility is a two-story building with one underground level, with a maximum height of 11.0 m. The building is designed taking into account modern requirements for energy efficiency, safety and inclusiveness. The project provides for the creation of 38 jobs. The estimated service life of the building is 100 years. The project is aimed at expanding the network of preschool educational institutions, increasing the availability of quality educational services and improving the social infrastructure of the city of Zhytomyr.

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The purpose of the public investment project is to create a modern, safe and energy-efficient preschool educational institution for 150 places in the city of Zhytomyr, which will ensure the availability of quality educational services for preschool children, reduce the shortage of places in preschool education institutions and contribute to the sustainable social development of the community. The project is aimed at increasing the level of coverage of preschool education, creating appropriate conditions for the development, education and upbringing of children, as well as improving the working conditions of pedagogical and service personnel.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The gap between the current state and the target level is: lack of additional places in preschool institutions; obsolescence or overloading of existing facilities; insufficient compliance with current safety, inclusion and energy efficiency requirements. The implementation of the project will allow to eliminate the specified gap by creating a new preschool education institution that fully meets the needs of the community and the strategic goals of the development of the city's social infrastructure.
