General information

Description of the project

The project involves the reconstruction of the roof of the general practice outpatient clinic – family medicine No. 19 in order to eliminate leaks and improve the technical condition of the building. The implementation of the project will ensure safe and proper conditions for patients and staff and the continuous provision of medical services.

The purpose of the project

Main Goal:

Increasing compliance with modern standards

Secondary Goal:

Improving the quality of services

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The goal of the project is to restore the proper technical condition of the building of the general practice outpatient clinic - family medicine No. 19 by reconstructing the roof and eliminating leaks. The implementation of the project is aimed at ensuring safe conditions for patients and staff, preserving building structures and providing continuous medical services. The gap between the current state and the target level is due to the wear and tear of the roof, which leads to moisture penetration and deterioration of the operational characteristics of the building. The goal is planned to be achieved by performing a complex of construction and repair works to reconstruct the roof using modern materials and technologies that will ensure long-term and safe operation of the facility.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Key problems: • physical wear and tear and violation of the integrity of the roof; • systematic leakage of atmospheric precipitation; • risk of damage to internal structures, engineering networks and equipment; • reduced safety and comfort of patients and staff; • increased costs for current repairs without solving the problem as a whole. Ways to solve the problems: • reconstruction of the roof with an area of 642.25 m² with the replacement of worn structural elements; • use of modern roofing materials that ensure tightness and long-term operation; • restoration of the proper technical condition of the building and elimination of the causes of leaks. The urgency of the project is due to the risk of further deterioration of the building and the possibility of limiting the provision of medical services if the problem is not resolved. As a result of the project, it is expected to improve the operational characteristics of the facility, preserve building structures and ensure stable operation of the outpatient clinic.
