Description of the project

Working  The project "New construction of a civil defense building of the Novoselivka preschool educational institution (nursery) of the Raukhiv settlement council of the Berezivsky district of the Odessa region at the address: Odesa region, Berezivsky district, Novoselivka village, Nova street, 77-a! was developed on the basis of the following data: urban planning conditions and restrictions, design tasks, based on legal documents, topographic and geodetic surveys of the site, the total area of the site within the designed boundaries is 0.7081 hectares. Architectural and construction solutions for the working project for the construction of the shelter were developed on the basis of the design tasks, construction, sanitary, fire protection requirements of current norms and rules, as well as tasks of specialized groups.

A building with underground premises with overall dimensions of  30.05*16.1m of the II degree of fire resistance. The following  premises are provided as  shelters: main premises for  shelters, bathrooms for boys  and  girls, a universal  bathroom, a ventilation room, an electrical panel room, a first aid station, as well as rooms for storing food  and  water, rooms for storing dirty  and  and  clean clothes.    underground premises are provided with    two dispersed exits. To enable unhindered access to the MGN, a  disabled lift  for  descent to  underground premises is provided.  equipment is provided for  at  seats-100% of educators  and  staff; on bunk beds-transformers and  on  chairs at  tables - 100% of pupils. Additionally, a  play  area (3*4m) a  toy cupboard and  shoe shelf are provided. Placement of technological equipment, calculation of the area of the main room and  sanitary facilities, was carried out in accordance with DBN V.2.2-5:2023. The implementation of the project  is aimed    at ensuring simultaneous shelter in  a  protective  building  of civil defense  in the event of an emergency

The building is an underground space with overall dimensions of 30.05 by 16.1, II degree of fire resistance, the height of the underground spaces is 2.7 m, the capacity of the building is 120 people. In peacetime, the premises can be used as a warehouse.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

A boiler room using an alternative fuel that will not provide heat to the civil defense facility. The question arose about overhauling the boiler room equipment.
