Description of the project
The project involves the installation of outdoor lighting for the existing football field. The implementation of this project is aimed at meeting the growing demand for football training sessions by the Kostopil Youth and Sports School branch of the Kostopil City Council, students of the regional sports lyceum in the city of Kostopil, as well as residents of the city and surrounding settlements in the evening.

The goal of this project is to extend the operating time of the football field of the Kostopil Youth and Sports School of the KMR by 2 - 3 hours due to the possibility of conducting training sessions in the evening.
Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation
The main problem in the Kostopil Youth and Sports School of the KMR is the lack of places for conducting educational and training classes of the football department, which is attended by 277 students. In addition, classes of the Regional Sports Lyceum in Kostopil (120 students) and classes of "Health" groups from residents of the Kostopil community are held on the same football field.
