The radiation shelter will be equipped and equipped with the necessary furniture and equipment. For the implementation of the project, design and estimate documentation has been developed and a positive expert report EX01:4475-6052-7511-6606 has been received.

The purpose of the project

Main goal:

Creation of new facilities and services

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

Increase the stock of protective structures with the properties of PRU in preschool educational institutions by reconstructing part of the basements, increase the number of children for whom safe conditions will be created in the educational institution (216 places); long-term inclusive use of a dual-purpose protective structure during emergencies to preserve the life and health of the village residents and use it to expand the educational process in peacetime. All this will additionally contribute to the return of families with children to the city.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Is the project of interest to small and medium-sized enterprises?
    Yes

[Response was provided in the Preliminary Investment Feasibility Study]

[Response was provided in the Preliminary Investment Feasibility Study]

Has an analysis of available procurement options been conducted for the technical solution?
    No

[Response was provided in the Preliminary Investment Feasibility Study]

What procurement strategy was chosen for the project implementation, and what justifies its feasibility in the context of the market and project objectives?

[Response was provided in the Investment Feasibility Study]

What approaches are planned to be used to ensure transparency, competition, and efficiency in the procurement process?

[Response was provided in the Investment Feasibility Study]

What types of procurement procedures are envisaged by the project (open tender, negotiated procedure, competitive dialogue, etc.)?
    Open competitive bidding

[Response was provided in the Investment Feasibility Study]

    Pre-market engagement

[Response was provided in the Investment Feasibility Study]

    Potential market participants

[Response was provided in the Investment Feasibility Study]

    Market readiness assessment
