For 2026 - 2028, it is planned to carry out work on partial replacement of pipelines using heat-insulated pipes and pipe elements with a steel conductive pipe for heat supply with a heat-insulating layer of foamed polyurethane and a covering layer with a polyethylene shell. Renovation of the heat supply system improves energy efficiency, reduces operating costs and ensures reliable operation.

The project provides for the reconstruction of the existing gas boiler house with the installation of two modern energy-efficient gas boilers with condensing economizers, with an installed capacity of 15 MW each. Construction of a heat pump station using modern high-efficiency heat pumps of the «water-water» type with a capacity of 3 MW with an average annual COP conversion coefficient of at least 4.0. In order to reduce the cost of electricity, it is planned to provide the HPP with electricity from a cogeneration gas piston plant. Replacement of auxiliary equipment, control and metering units of energy carriers with a high-tech system for the preparation, regulation, metering and supply of the coolant to consumers.
