The premises are provided with engineering systems of heating, ventilation, water supply, sewage, electric lighting, which contribute to the normal functioning of the PRU, create an appropriate microclimate and ensure compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards. Since there are no civil defense facilities within a radius of 500 meters from the lyceum that are ready for shelter, 599 students study at the lyceum and today the simplest shelter of the lyceum can accommodate 190 people from all students. The shelter provides for the possible further construction of a section to increase the number of those sheltered.

No

[Response was provided in the Preliminary Investment Feasibility Study]

What procurement strategy was chosen for the project implementation, and what justifies its feasibility in the context of the market and project objectives?

[Response was provided in the Investment Feasibility Study]

What approaches are planned to be used to ensure transparency, competition, and efficiency in the procurement process?

[Response was provided in the Investment Feasibility Study]

What types of procurement procedures are envisaged by the project (open tender, negotiated procedure, competitive dialogue, etc.)?
Open competitive bidding

[Response was provided in the Investment Feasibility Study]

Pre-market engagement

[Response was provided in the Investment Feasibility Study]

Potential market participants

[Response was provided in the Investment Feasibility Study]

Market readiness assessment
