Instead of a complete reconstruction of the existing building, it is proposed to modernize it with insulation of facades, replacement of windows and modernization of internal networks. The sports hall can be equipped as a separate prefabricated modular complex. The solution ensures energy efficiency, accessibility for all population groups and minimal disruption to the educational process
