Description of the project

The reconstruction of the dining room and catering unit will allow  to increase the number of students who will be provided with nutritious meals at the Erudite Lyceum. These are students in the following categories: IDPs, orphaned children, children whose parents were mobilized, went missing, died, and other categories of children  This project will improve the conditions for providing such services, reduce the actual consumption of energy carriers, and increase the energy efficiency of the institution.

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The main goal is to create safe, comfortable and modern conditions for preparing and consuming food, to ensure compliance with sanitary norms and standards of healthy nutrition for students and employees of the institution. The methods of achieving the reconstruction of the catering unit include major repairs, redevelopment and modernization, which involves the replacement of engineering networks (electricity, water supply, sewage, ventilation), the installation of new modern equipment, repair of room decoration (floor, walls, ceiling), replacement of doors and windows, as well as ensuring unhindered access for people with disabilities. Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The implementation of the project will solve the problem of restoring and modernizing the structure of the dining room, improve operational indicators, improve the equipment of the building due to its physical wear and tear and destruction, ensure sanitary and hygienic standards of the educational process and the organization of children's nutrition. It will create modern conditions for the stay and nutrition of students in the institution, through the arrangement and implementation of modern technologies in the field of nutrition. Also important is the updated equipment, which will improve the technological processes of preparing the dishes themselves, promote healthy eating, ensure proper hygienic condition of dishes and the temperature regime of ready-made dishes. The purchase of modern kitchen equipment will provide safe and high-quality nutrition for students of our school.
