Description of the project

The project involves major repairs of elevators in multi-apartment residential buildings in order to restore their safe and uninterrupted operation. The implementation of the project will eliminate critical equipment wear, reduce the number of emergency stops and costs for ongoing maintenance. The expected result is an increase in the level of safety and quality of residential services for residents of the buildings.

The goal of the project is to ensure the safe and uninterrupted operation of eight public elevators through their major renovation in order to increase accessibility, inclusivity, and equal opportunities for the population.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Public elevators are available, but due to significant wear and tear, they are virtually non-functional, creating safety risks and limiting access to housing. Solution: Carry out major repairs to elevators to restore their safe and uninterrupted operation and ensure accessibility for people with reduced mobility.
