The main goal of the project is to increase the safety level of the "Gymnasium No. 7 of Sambor" by modernizing the fire alarm system and installing effective lightning protection, which will ensure timely detection of emergencies, prompt notification of staff and students, reduce risks to life and health, and reduce potential material damage to the institution. Methods of achieving the goal during the project implementation: Audit and diagnostics of existing equipment: determining the condition of fire alarm and lightning protection systems, identifying malfunctions and obsolete components. Major repairs and modernization of fire alarm systems: replacing outdated sensors, control panels, sirens, and other elements with modern, certified devices. Installation or upgrade of the lightning protection system: installation of modern lightning rods, grounding, and integration with the institution's power grid. Testing and integration: checking the operability of all components, configuring the alarm and ensuring their interaction with other security systems. Staff training: conducting briefings on the use of alarm systems and actions in emergency situations. Currently, the fire alarm system is outdated, some sensors and elements do not meet modern safety standards, and the effectiveness of lightning protection is limited. This creates an increased risk of untimely fire detection, lightning strikes and material damage. The target level provides for a modern, reliable and integrated security system that meets current standards and ensures the protection of the life and health of students and staff, eliminating existing gaps in the security of the institution.

The key problem that the project is to solve is the insufficient level of safety of the "Gymnasium No. 7 of Sambora" due to the outdated fire alarm system and ineffective lightning protection. The available equipment is partially out of order, individual sensors are faulty, the warning systems are not integrated, and the lightning rods have corrosion damage. This creates a high risk of untimely fire detection, lightning strikes, and material damage, which endangers the lives and health of more than 600 students and about 70 employees of the institution. The problem is especially relevant now, since the equipment wear exceeds 70%, and the regulatory requirements for fire safety and lightning protection are constantly updated. If these problems are not resolved, serious consequences are possible: damage to the building, injury or threat to the lives of students and staff, disruption of the educational process, and additional material costs for eliminating the consequences of emergencies. The implementation of the project will eliminate these risks: a modern fire alarm system and updated lightning protection will ensure timely detection of threats, effective notification of all users of the institution and increase the reliability of building protection. The expected result will be the creation of a safe learning environment, protection of the life and health of students and staff, reduction of the likelihood of material losses and compliance with modern regulatory safety standards.
