General information
Description of the project
The facility to be overhauled is a civil defense protective structure - a storage facility (registration number - No. 18225), separately located, underground type, designed for 80 people. Storage class - A-III. It has damage to the load-bearing and enclosing structures, defects in decoration due to prolonged operation and is not adapted for access by MGN. The storage facility has only one evacuation exit to the outside. The developed individual working project contains traditional construction solutions taking into account the requirements of regulatory documents, conditions and rules. The project provides for the repair of the storage facilities, overhaul of internal engineering networks, replacement of doors, arrangement of a second evacuation exit from the storage facility and installation of a lifting platform for servicing MGN, installation of a diesel generator as a second power source. The implementation of this project will ensure the continuity of the medical facility's operation and protection for both patients and personnel in emergency situations.

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it
The goal is to help the hospital ensure continuity of medical services even in conditions of risk of damage to buildings, supply disruptions and a sharp increase in the number of patients. Provide protection for both patients and medical staff. The construction period is 6 months. Compliance with DBN V.2.2-5:2023 "Civil defense protective structures" - 100%.
Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation
Despite the ongoing war, Ukrainian hospitals continue to adapt, and an underground shelter in a medical facility will provide protection for both patients and staff. For effective functioning and bringing it into line with modern needs, a major overhaul is necessary, which will include direct repair of the premises, installation of protective and airtight doors, arrangement of new structures of the second entrance with a vestibule with the installation of a lifting platform for servicing the MGN, as well as the installation of a diesel generator as a second power source.
