Description of the project

The apartment building at 51 Dvadtsyat Tretyego Serpnya Street, which suffered significant damage as a result of military operations and is subject to major repairs, is located in the Shevchenkivskyi administrative district. As a result of the shelling, the apartment building suffered significant damage and destruction, namely: partial destruction of the integrity of vertical load-bearing elements, partitions,  covering and parapet structures, damaged sections of the roof, filling of window  and door openings, balconies, stairs, and decoration of facades.
The project provides for the restoration of destroyed walls and ceilings at the technical floor level, roof repair, repair and painting of facades, replacement of windows and doors within the MZK, repair of stairwells and corridors, replacement of glazing of loggias and damaged windows.  Planning solutions remain unchanged.
