Emergency restoration works (overhaul) of an apartment building at 241 Druzhby Narodiv St. in Kharkiv with the integration of renewable energy sources
An apartment building that suffered significant damage as a result of military operations and is subject to major repairs is located at 241 Druzhby Narodiv Street (Sobornosti Ukrainy) in the Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv.As a result of the impact of the weapons, the building suffered the following damage:- destruction and significant damage to external and internal wall panels, floor slabs, partitions, balcony fences, ventilation blocks;- damage and destruction of the roll roof;- damage to the entrance group structures;- destruction and damage to floors, doors, windows and glazing of loggias;- damage to the blind area;- destruction in some apartments of internal networks and devices of heating systems, cold and hot water supply, electricity supply, sewage and gas supply.The detailed design provides for the following restoration solutions:- dismantling of the remains of destroyed structures and structures with significant damage (internal load-bearing and external non-load-bearing wall panels, floor slabs, partitions, ventilation blocks, balcony fences, window frames, doors);- dismantling of the rolled roof and covering structures on the technical floor;- installation of monolithic reinforced concrete floor slabs;- installation of monolithic reinforced concrete internal load-bearing transverse walls and side load-bearing walls of loggias;- installation of load-bearing brick walls;- installation of external fencing made of aerated concrete blocks;- reinforcement of structures;- restoration of entrance groups;- installation of new partitions on the site of the destroyed and dismantled ones; - installation of prefabricated reinforced concrete ventilation blocks;- installation of prefabricated reinforced concrete round hollow panels of the technical floor ceiling;- installation of loggia fencing;- installation of insulation: on the ceiling of the 9th floor; facades, including external window slopes and external loggia fencing; external surfaces of the walls of the machine room and under the basement ceiling;- cleaning from soot and restoring with a repair solution the surfaces of floor slabs, partitions, internal and external wall panels with minor damage;- installation of a new roll roof, insulation coating;- installation of water intake funnels;- repair and restoration of damaged elevator equipment in elevator shafts and machine rooms;- replacement of all windows with double-glazed windows in metal-plastic frames;- installation of doors;- painting of external walls with facade paints over a layer of decorative plaster;- restoration of damaged blind areas. Implementation of the project will ensure restoration of damaged housing stock, return of residents to their own homes and improvement of living conditions. Emergency and restoration works (overhaul) of an apartment building at 48/2 Lesya Serdyuka St. in Kharkiv with the integration of renewable energy sources
The apartment building, which suffered significant damage as a result of military operations and is subject to major repairs, is located at 48/2 Lesya Serdyuka Street and is located in the Kyiv administrative district of Kharkiv. As a result of the impact of the weapons, there was extensive damage to the wall panels, floor slabs, covering slabs, partitions, balcony floor slabs, the enclosing walls of the building's balconies, and the exterior decoration of the building. The entrance group of the 6th entrance was damaged, and the glazing of window, balcony openings and window frames on the facades of the residential building was also partially destroyed as a result of the explosion of the means of destruction. The working project of the major repair provides for emergency and restoration work, namely:- dismantling of all damaged structures;- restoration of destroyed and damaged wall structures;- restoration of destroyed and damaged sections of the ceiling and covering of structures;- local reinforcement of wall panels and floor slabs;- installation of a new roof on the destroyed areas and restoration on the damaged areas;- restoration of destroyed and damaged internal partitions;- restoration of completely destroyed balcony slabs;- restoration of damaged balcony slab fencing;- restoration of destroyed and damaged ventilation ducts;- replacement of destroyed and damaged window and door fillings with metal-plastic window and balcony doors with double-glazed windows;- restoration of insulation facade;- restoration of the insulation of the roof of the engine room;- restoration of the insulation of the attic floor;- restoration of the entrance group of entrance No. 6;- restoration of the destroyed and damaged engineering communications of the building (cold and hot water supply, sewage, drainage, heating);- restoration of the blind area around the building. The detailed design provides for measures regarding reliability and safety, protection of building structures from corrosion, lightning protection and grounding. The design solutions provide for changing the existing conditions of accessibility of the building for low-mobility groups, namely the arrangement of unhindered access:- by arranging external lifts from ground level to the entrance to the building in entrances 1-6;- arrangement of external ramps at the entrances to entrances 7-9;- arrangement of internal lifts in all entrances from the entrance platform to the elevator hall of the first floor.

Emergency and restoration works (overhaul) of the multi-apartment residential building of the “Vienna House” condominium at 42 Krychevsky St. in Kharkiv with the integration of renewable energy sources
The apartment building, which suffered significant damage as a result of military operations and is subject to major repairs, is located at 42 Krychevsky Street and is located in the Kyiv administrative district of the city of Kharkiv. As a result of the impact of the means of destruction, the house was damaged: - brick wall of the 4th floor of the 2nd entrance; - exterior decoration of the 2nd, 3rd entrances; - ceiling of the 4th floor of the 2nd, 3rd entrances; - burning of the roof of the 2nd, 3rd entrances; - interior decoration of the entrances, numerous cracks in the stairwells. In the house as a whole, partial destruction of the glazing of window openings and window frames was found, the facade of the residential building was partially damaged as a result of the fire. The working project of the major repair provides for emergency and restoration work, namely: - dismantling of all damaged structures); - restoration of external and internal brick walls by laying masonry, installation of new partitions instead of destroyed ones made of aerated concrete blocks with reinforcement; - restoration of the damaged reinforced concrete slab 4th floor overlap with the installation of steel beams with subsequent execution of a section of monolithic reinforced concrete overlap; - installation of a new wooden roof truss system with wood treatment with antiseptic agents and fire protection; - restoration of ventilation ducts on the attic floor by bricklaying; - installation of roofs on the restoration areas with bitumen tiles with insulation of the attic covering; - restoration of the external drainage system of the house, snow retention system and roof fencing, installation of lightning protection; - insulation of the basement ceiling with mineral wool; - installation of stairs on the mezzanine of the 3rd and 4th floors; - replacement of damaged window openings (installation of window sills and window drains, repair and installation of external window slopes); - replacement of damaged glazing of attic windows with energy-saving metal-plastic with double-chamber glazing double-glazed windows and gluing of colored film on the outside. Replacement of damaged external and internal doorways of public use and apartments with shockproof and fire-resistant metal ones; - repair and restoration of entrance groups (including canopies above entrances to entrances and basements); - insulation of the facade with mineral wool boards with decorative trim; - restoration of interior trim in public areas; - restoration of damaged internal engineering networks (cold and hot water supply, sewage, drainage, heating, ventilation). As a result of the impact of weapons into the building, the external enclosing structures of the building (windows, doors, roof, etc.) were destroyed. The building is currently in operation. The detailed project for major repairs provides for: - dismantling of all damaged structures; - restoration of destroyed and damaged external and internal wall panels; - restoration of damaged and destroyed internal structures of the building; - restoration of damaged parapets; - installation of a new roof made of rolled material; - restoration of elements of entrance groups, including the entrance to the basement; - replacement of destroyed and damaged window and door fillings with metal-plastic window blocks and balcony doors with double-glazed windows; - partial restoration of the facade decoration; - replacement of entrance doors to apartments and interior doors in public areas; - replacement of insulation of the technical floor; - restoration of damaged and destroyed interior decoration in public areas of the building; - restoration of engineering networks; - replacement of destroyed elevator equipment. The detailed design provides for measures for reliability and safety, protection of building structures from corrosion, grounding and lightning protection. The design solutions take into account the requirements for compliance with standards for creating an unobstructed living environment for people with disabilities and other low-mobility groups, namely: ensuring unobstructed access to the elevator hall of the first floor and the elevator itself by installing lifts from the ground surface to elevation 0.000; ensuring the needs of visually impaired people by installing signs in Braille at the entrance to the building and on each floor indicating the floor and entrance to the building.
