A multi-apartment residential building at 51 Dvadtsyat Tretyego Serpnya Street, which suffered significant damage as a result of military operations and is subject to major repairs, is located in the Shevchenkivskyi administrative district. As a result of the shelling, the residential building suffered significant damage and destruction, namely: partial destruction of the integrity of vertical load-bearing elements, partitions, covering and parapet structures, damaged roof areas, filling window and door openings, balconies, stairs, and facade decoration. The project provides for the restoration of destroyed walls and ceilings at the technical floor level, roof repair, facade repair and painting, replacement of windows and doors within the MZK, repair of stairwells and corridors, replacement of glazing of loggias and damaged windows. Planning solutions remain unchanged. In terms of construction, the destroyed walls of the technical floor and ventilation shafts made of silicate bricks are to be restored. Also, damaged ceilings are being repaired by installing monolithic reinforced concrete slabs on metal rolled beams. The ceiling is being restored in the destroyed areas of the elevator room and the adjacent span.

Conducting selective overhaul of existing electrical equipment of 10 kV and 6 kV switchgear.
The project involves a comprehensive modernization of the energy supply system of a key water utility facility. The main technical concept is to create a sustainable energy hub by integrating the pumping station with its own cogeneration gas piston units. Main activities: Switchgear upgrade: Complete reconstruction of 10 kV and 6 kV closed switchgear (ZRU) with the replacement of outdated oil circuit breakers with modern vacuum devices with a high switching resource. Autonomy and redundancy: Laying a new 10 kV cable line over 13 km long to ensure reliable communication between generation sources and consumers. Energy-efficient control: Installation of high-voltage frequency converters and soft start systems to control pumping units with a capacity of 3200 kW and 250 kW. This eliminates water hammer and significantly reduces starting loads. Power equipment modernization: Replacement of old oil transformers with energy-efficient «dry» transformers with a capacity of 630 kVA, which meet modern eco-design requirements. Digitalization: Implementation of microprocessor relay protection systems and full integration of the facility into an automated SCADA system for remote control and monitoring in real time.

The project involves the reconstruction of the hydraulic circuit of the station through the implementation of a frequency control system. The main activities include: Installation of 14 frequency converters (VFD) on electric motors with a capacity of 250 kW to 710 kW (pumps and fans). Installation of a new transformer substation 2KTPN-1000 (2x1000 kVA) to provide power. Replacement of power equipment: complete dismantling of outdated insulators, current transformers and circuit breakers in 6.3 kV cells with the subsequent installation of new vacuum circuit breakers (e.g. Schneider Electric) and modern measuring instruments. Automation and digitalization: use of microprocessor protection terminals MRZS-F2G12 and integration into the plant-wide SCADA system via industrial routers Teltonika for remote monitoring and control.

The project is aimed at creating equal, proper and safe conditions for obtaining education, organizing a safe educational environment for participants in the educational process in secondary education institutions in Kharkiv. The new construction of a civil defense protective structure in a secondary education institution is carried out taking into account the requirements of legislation on fire safety, requirements for the required number of evacuation exits, the availability of water supply, drainage, ventilation, heating, lighting, the Internet, means of providing primary medical care, accessibility for low-mobility groups of the population, in particular people with disabilities. A civil defense protective structure is a separately located, submerged civil defense structure designed to protect children and service personnel of the lyceum in peacetime from the consequences of accidents, catastrophes and natural disasters that threaten mass casualties, as well as in wartime from modern weapons of mass destruction. In peacetime, the structure can be used for economic needs. The dual-purpose civil defense protective structure is designed to create appropriate conditions for the stay of people subject to shelter for a certain period of time (up to 48 hours) and to provide an appropriate degree of their protection from the predicted effects of dangerous factors that may arise as a component of dangerous phenomena of an emergency situation, military (combat) operations and terrorist acts. The building will have a rectangular configuration in plan, will consist of one underground floor. The anti-radiation shelter structure has one fire compartment. Two dispersed entrances are designed to the PRU structure. The fire compartment is designed with main and auxiliary rooms: rooms for storing contaminated street clothing, shelter rooms, technical rooms, a cafeteria, bathrooms, a universal sanitary and hygienic room, and rooms for storing drinking and technical water. The design solutions take into account the requirements for compliance with standards for creating an unobstructed living environment for people with disabilities and other low-mobility groups: an inclined lifting platform will be installed near the civil defense protective structure for accessibility for low-mobility groups. When installing thresholds in doorways (entrance protective, hermetic or protective-hermetic doors, etc.), the doors are equipped with portable ramps made of perforated-exhaust steel sheet.
