Description of the project

The project involves the construction of a new road from Vinnytske Shosse, 18 to Vinnytske Shosse in the city of Khmelnytskyi in order to ensure proper transport connectivity of the territory of the Khmelnytskyi Industrial Park with the existing street and road network of the city. The implementation of the project is aimed at creating a modern transport infrastructure, improving logistics for future residents of the park, reducing the load on nearby streets and creating conditions for attracting investments, creating new jobs and economic development of the community.

The purpose of the project is to ensure proper transport accessibility of the industrial park territory in the city of Khmelnytskyi, create conditions for the development of industrial production, attract investments, increase economic activity and form a modern engineering and transport infrastructure. The goal is to achieve this goal by constructing a new road from 18 Vinnytske Shose Street to Vinnytske Shose with the installation of a road surface of regulatory strength, surface drainage systems, the organization of safe traffic and pedestrians, the arrangement of landscaping elements, technical means of organizing traffic and engineering infrastructure in accordance with the requirements of state construction standards. Today, the transport connection of the industrial park territory is insufficiently developed or partially absent, which limits the access of specialized transport, complicates the logistics of enterprises, inhibits the attraction of investors and the development of production capacities. The existing state of the territory does not meet the regulatory requirements for road safety, capacity and operational reliability of road infrastructure. The implementation of the project will allow to eliminate the existing infrastructure gap between the current state of transport provision in the territory and the target level of functioning of the industrial park, create favorable conditions for the location of new enterprises, the development of production, the creation of jobs, and the increase in revenues to the local budget.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The implementation of the project will allow creating a modern transport infrastructure, ensuring safe and uninterrupted traffic, improving the logistical connection of the industrial park territory with the main transport highways of the city. It is expected to increase the investment attractiveness of the territory, stimulate the development of industrial production, create new jobs, increase revenues to the community budget, and generally improve the economic development of the territory.
