Construction of an artesian well, water tower and water supply in the village of Malashivtsi, Khmelnytskyi district, Khmelnytskyi region (adjustment) Phase I of construction
Connecting the village of Malashivtsi to the existing centralized water supply system of a neighboring settlement or city with the construction of a main water supply and a pressure boosting pumping station.
The main remaining work is focused on the integration of intelligent and mechanical systems: installation of a powerful submersible pump, setting up pressure control automation, and connecting the facility to the power grid. At the same time, it is planned to complete the construction of linear sections of the water supply, which are currently only partially laid. The implementation of these steps will allow combining the already completed well and tower into a single network, providing the village residents with high-quality water and turning the unfinished construction into an operating municipal asset.

Modernization of existing sewage treatment facilities for domestic wastewater in the city of Khmelnytskyi
The construction object is the KOS-2 sewage treatment plant of the city municipal enterprise "Khmelnytskvodokanal", which is intended for the treatment of a mixture of domestic and industrial wastewater of the city of Khmelnytskyi, located at the address: Khmelnytskyi, Vinnytske Shose St., 135. The design capacity of the treatment plant is -60,000 m3/day. The existing treatment plants have been in operation by the city since the 1980s. The structures have exhausted their operational and technological resources and do not meet modern requirements, both in terms of technical equipment and in terms of environmental friendliness and quality of wastewater treatment. The equipment is morally and physically outdated and extremely worn out, requiring constant capital investments to maintain it in working condition, which leads to excessive operating and electricity costs. The project on the territory of the existing treatment facilities No. 2 meets modern requirements regarding the feasibility of implementing all stages of sludge treatment, the treatment facilities will provide the appropriate level of technological equipment, equipment, electrical and technical equipment and will ensure compliance with the current norms of Ukraine and environmental standards. An alternative solution to the new construction of a road from Vinnytske Shose, 18 to Vinnytske Shose in the city of Khmelnytskyi may be to use the existing street and road network of the city to provide transport connections with the territory of the industrial park. However, the existing network does not provide direct and safe access to the territory of promising development, which will lead to congestion of nearby streets, increased transport costs and a decrease in the investment attractiveness of the territory. In this regard, the new construction of the road is the optimal solution that will ensure proper transport accessibility of the industrial park, relieve existing streets and create conditions for the economic development of the community.

Modernization of existing sewage treatment facilities for domestic wastewater in the city of Khmelnytskyi
The construction object is the sewage treatment plant KOS-2 of the municipal utility company "Khmelnytskvodokanal", which is intended for the complete treatment of a mixture of domestic and industrial wastewater of the city of Khmelnytskyi, located at 135 Vinnytske Shose St., Khmelnytskyi. The design capacity of the treatment plant is 60,000 m3/day. The project meets modern requirements for the feasibility of implementing all stages of sludge treatment and dewatering, the treatment plant will provide the appropriate level of technological equipment, equipment, electrical and technical equipment and will ensure compliance with current Ukrainian norms and environmental standards. The complex of actions and decisions when implementing engineering protection of facilities ensures: general stability of the designated area; safe production activities; reliable and uninterrupted functioning and development of facilities, as well as recreation areas; preservation of protected areas, landscapes, historical monuments, etc.; regulatory sanitary-hygienic, social and recreational conditions of the territories being protected; proper architectural design of engineering protection structures; economically justified rational use of land and natural resources, facilities in compliance with legislative requirements for environmental protection. Designing engineering protection of facilities is a complex that includes a set of basic and auxiliary means with the least negative impact on the environment. It is planned to implement new fine mechanical treatment facilities and implement ICEAS-SBR biological treatment technology, which ensures improved cleaning quality in relation to existing facilities and simultaneously increase the reliability of their operation. It is also planned to implement an advanced process for complete wastewater disinfection and create a system for thickening and dewatering sludge for further disposal, which will allow achieving consistently high quality of operation of treatment facilities.
