The project provides for the construction of a civil defense protective structure in accordance with DBN V.2.2-5:2023-radiation shelter (PRU). The designed structure is designed to shelter students, teaching staff and employees of the lyceum, to ensure protection from dangerous factors during emergencies and special periods. The capacity of the PRU is 352 people. Civil defense protective structure with the protective properties of a P-1 group radiation shelter - one-story, buried, with two entrances/exits, "G" - similar configuration in plan, dimensions in axes 1-10 rows A-Sh - 34.5 x 49.4 m. The height of the premises (from the floor level to the bottom of the covering slab) of the protective structure is taken to be 2.85 m. The structure has two separate entrances/exits in axes 3-4/A-B and 3-4/Sh-F with a door opening width of 1200 mm. The entrance in axes 3-4 and A-B is emergency. The design solutions provide for a one-story underground structure with the necessary engineering support and premises for various purposes, in particular: the main room for shelter (15 rooms); the premises of the medical station (1 room); control room combined with the fire station (room for duty personnel) (1 note); sanitary and hygienic rooms (11 notes); rooms for ventilation and filter ventilation equipment (5 notes); electrical switchboard room (1 note); room for storing contaminated clothing (1 note); room for storing food (1 note); room/area for storing water (1 note); room for storing waste (1 note); room for heating and serving food, drinking water and washing dishes (1 note); DES room located outside the shelter (1 note). The structural system of the building is frameless, monolithic, reinforced concrete. All load-bearing structures are monolithic reinforced concrete. The foundation is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab (thickness 500 mm). Walls made of monolithic reinforced concrete: external walls (thickness 600 mm); internal walls (thickness 500 mm). Ceilings - monolithic reinforced concrete (thickness 600 mm). Partitions in the bathrooms are made of ceramic bricks (thickness 120 mm). The embankment of the structure is 1.6 m of soil. External entrance doors to the shelter are metal, protective and hermetically reinforced. Doors from the vestibule-gateway are hermetic. Doors to the premises are metal-plastic. External and vestibule doors are equipped with self-closing devices and seals in the vestibules. Stairs - from monolithic reinforced concrete flight of stairs and platforms. The design solutions take into account the requirements for compliance with standards for creating an obstacle-free living environment for people with disabilities and other groups of people with limited mobility.
