General information

Description of the project

The reconstruction of the building is planned to adapt the existing administrative building to provide services to the population, bringing the premises to a satisfactory condition to improve operational properties using modern building materials and technologies. The detailed design provides for redevelopment of the premises, internal and external finishing works, replacement of the roof, replacement of windows and doors, insulation of the facade, adaptation of the building for unhindered access for persons with disabilities and other low-mobility groups (hereinafter - MGN), repair of porches, provision of the premises with the necessary engineering systems,  equipping with technological equipment and furniture.

The purpose of the project

Main Goal:

Increasing compliance with modern standards

Secondary Goal:

Improving the condition of infrastructure

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The reconstruction involves the creation of open workspaces, waiting areas and consultation points, which will ensure comfortable service for citizens. The building will be equipped with modern engineering systems, an electronic queue, information terminals and video surveillance. Special attention is paid to accessibility for people with reduced mobility by installing ramps, elevators and adapted sanitary facilities. The use of energy-efficient technologies will reduce operating costs and increase the level of environmental friendliness of the facility. The implementation of the project will ensure the creation of a modern center "Transparent Office", which will meet the needs of the community and contribute to increasing transparency and trust in government bodies.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The existing administrative building at the address of Dnipro, Mykhayla Hrushevskoho St., 70 is in a condition that does not meet modern requirements for the provision of administrative services. The premises have an outdated layout, there are no open workspaces and comfortable waiting areas for citizens. Engineering networks need modernization, since their technical condition does not provide the proper level of comfort and energy efficiency. The building lacks modern electronic queue systems, information terminals and integrated video surveillance. Accessibility for low-mobility groups is limited, which creates barriers to receiving services. In general, the infrastructure does not meet the standards of transparency, openness and convenience for the community. The proposed solution is to reconstruct the building and transform it into a modern center for providing administrative services in the "Transparent Office" format. The project involves replanning the premises, creating open workspaces and comfortable waiting areas. The building will be equipped with an electronic queue system, information terminals and modern video surveillance. Ramps, elevators and adapted sanitary facilities will be equipped for people with limited mobility. Engineering networks will be modernized using energy-efficient technologies, which will reduce operating costs. As a result of the project, a modern "Transparent Office" will be created, which will ensure high-quality, accessible and comfortable provision of administrative services to city residents.
