Description of the project
The Velikooleksandrivska community is one of the communities most affected by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. During the hostilities, critical, social infrastructure, and housing stock were damaged. The Malooleksandrivska educational institution was also partially damaged, and major repairs to the building are currently underway. However, in order to resume full-time education and create safe conditions for students and staff of the educational institution, it is necessary to build a civil defense structure. Currently, 152 children are studying remotely. The project provides for the construction of a civil defense structure with a designed capacity for 265 people. The construction of a shelter will provide an opportunity to study not only for children from the village, but also from neighboring settlements, where educational institutions are currently not operating due to destruction. The working project has developed a section on engineering – technical measures for civil defense, in which the territory is zoned according to the requirements of DBN V.1.2-4:2019 and decisions are made to minimize the occurrence of emergencies. Planning and design solutions of external entrances provide the necessary protection of internal premises from the effects of conventional weapons, excluding the possibility of direct hit of bullets, fragments of grenades, aircraft bombs and artillery ammunition into these premises. The shelter is equipped with three external entrances-exits. The source of heat supply for the new construction of the protective structures of civil defense of the Malooleksandrivska comprehensive school of I-III levels is the projected autonomous heating system from a heat pump. The heat load is covered by the installation of an air-water heat pump EVIPOWER CH-HP42 UMNM with a capacity of 42.0 kW.

Не стосується напряму, немає впливу на водойми або спеціальних систем очищення.
Споруда підвищує стійкість громади до надзвичайних ситуацій, частота яких зростає внаслідок кліматичних змін (бурі, повені, підвищення температур). Це — елемент адаптаційної інфраструктури, що пом’якшує вплив екстремальних подій.
