Description of the project
Repair (restoration) of the premises of the building of the Municipal Cultural Institution "Dnipro Art Museum" of the Dnipro City Council at the address: Dnipro, Shevchenko St., 21, namely: restoration of architectural decor (stucco moldings), plastering and painting works (2156 m); replacement of drains; replacement of the hard roof (roof of the building); replacement of dormer windows (attic) of the building; replacement of the windows of the building (95 windows, window size 240x120 cm); replacement of the blind area around the building (122 m); restoration of the entrance door to the building (320x205 cm); reconstruction of the granite surface of the central staircase (42 m).

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it
The project involves the implementation of restoration repairs to the premises of the building of the Municipal Cultural Institution "Dnipro Art Museum" of the Dnipro City Council, at the address: Dnipro, Shevchenko St., 21, taking into account technical modernization and increasing the level of barrier-free access to the building. The works will include:
- Restoration repairs to the facade of the building: restoration of architectural decor (stucco moldings), plastering and painting works; replacement of drains; replacement of the hard roof (roof of the building); replacement of dormer windows (attic) of the building; replacement of the windows of the building; replacement of the blind area around the building; restoration of the entrance doors to the building; reconstruction of the granite surface of the central staircase.
- Repair of the premises of the institution building taking into account inclusive standards.
Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation
Permanent destruction of the building facade:
- destruction of the artistic decoration of stucco, scree of plaster;
- disruption of drainage;
- disruption of the hard roof;
- the dormer windows of the building's roof are broken;
- the windows of the building are physically worn out and need to be replaced;
- the paving around the building is deformed;
- the entrance door of the building needs restoration;
- the central staircase, partial destruction of granite;
Prevention of further destruction of the historical architectural monument by carrying out restoration and repair work, for the safety of visitors and employees of the institution.
