Description of the project
The project involves carrying out comprehensive repair and restoration works of the Town Hall building at 1 Rynok Square in Sambor, an architectural monument of national importance of the 17th-19th centuries (protected No. 399), in order to preserve its historical, cultural and architectural value, restore authentic facades, decorative elements, frescoes and bas-reliefs, as well as ensure the long-term functioning of the building as an administrative, public and cultural center of the city. The works include the conservation and restoration of external and internal walls, strengthening of foundations and load-bearing structures, repair of the roof and roofing systems, as well as major repairs of internal premises, including the restoration of floors, ceilings, decorative elements, painting, arrangement of modern plumbing and electrical networks, installation of lighting and heating. The modernization of engineering networks includes electricity supply, water supply, heating and ventilation, the implementation of fire safety measures and barrier-free access for low-mobility groups, as well as the use of energy-saving technologies to increase the efficiency of resource use. Particular attention is paid to the preservation of authentic architectural and decorative details in the interior, the restoration of historical interiors, as well as the adaptation of space for administrative and cultural events. The implementation of the project will contribute to the development of tourism and cultural life of the community, increase the attractiveness of the city, strengthen its historical and social image, and provide comfortable and safe conditions for visitors and employees. The project takes into account modern standards of construction management, energy efficiency and environmental protection, minimizing the negative impact on the environment and ensuring the sustainable development of the central part of the city. Thanks to a comprehensive approach, a combination of restoration of external and internal elements and modernization, the Town Hall will be preserved as a valuable historical and cultural object and will become a functional center of city life for many years to come.
