The purpose of the project is to develop solutions for the reconstruction of the existing medical building 1 – a modern medical center to provide high-quality, affordable, round-the-clock inpatient specialized medical and rehabilitation care to military personnel and war veterans of Ukraine, taking into account modern requirements for ensuring patient safety. The reconstruction involves the installation of a protective structure – anti-radiation shelter of group P-4 (hereinafter – PRU) for accommodation of 229 people.
The design solutions provide for modern medical equipment that meets modern requirements, including for laboratory research – biochemical, hematological automatic
analyzers, glucose and lactate analyzer, enzyme-linked immunosorbent analyzer, microscopes and centrifuges; in endoscopy for diagnostics – endoscopic system with monitor, video bronchoscope; for diagnostics – ultrasonic diagnostic systems, medical diagnostic telemetry complex, Holter measurement system, visiograph, diagnostic audiometer, autoreflectometer, dioptrimeter, etc. Ceiling-mounted anesthesia and surgical consoles are planned in the operating room; in the intensive care unit – wall consoles with medical gas supply, electricity supply, low-current systems, as well as an anesthesia station, aspirator, ventilator, patient condition monitoring information system, personal computers with the arrangement of the entire institution's computer network. The reconstruction of the medical building 1 is planned in one turn without division into start-up
