Healthcare involves creating conditions for accessible medical services and, most importantly, for preserving, protecting, and improving the health and well-being of citizens.
This pipeline will present public investment projects and programs in the healthcare sector that correspond to the areas of public health, specialized and emergency care, primary healthcare, development of medical education, as well as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and rehabilitation equipment. These initiatives support the implementation of the Healthcare System Development Strategy. The Ministry of Health of Ukraine is engaged in the preparation and development of projects and programs in these areas, forming a sectoral project pipeline at the national level and subsequently enriching it with public investment projects at the regional and local levels.

Reconstruction of an existing building to accommodate a children's hospital
The project involves the construction and equipping of a modern 5-story children's medical center "Nadiya" with 7 departments: pediatrics, surgery, intensive care, emergency care, diagnostics, rehabilitation and mental health support. The center is designed for 140 thousand visits per year, about 5 thousand surgical interventions and simultaneous inpatient treatment of 102 patients, which will reduce the shortage of specialized care, reduce queues and waiting times. The project includes construction and engineering works, landscaping of the territory and equipping with modern medical equipment, furniture and equipment, providing a safe, comfortable and accessible environment for all patients and staff.
