Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Problems and results of their solution Problem: The condition of the dormitory premises of the Municipal Institution "Dnipro Center for Vocational and Technical Education of Tourist Service" is critical and neglected, which creates unacceptable conditions for students to live. Main problems: • Emergency communications: Complete wear and tear of the heating, water supply, sewage and electrical systems leads to constant breakdowns and a security threat. • Destruction and unsanitary conditions: The premises have significant damage, traces of fungus, mold and leaks, and the sanitary areas are in an unusable condition. • Lack of energy efficiency: Outdated windows and lack of insulation cause large heat losses and high heating costs. • Security threat: There is no modern fire safety and alarm system. Solution: Reliability and safety: Updated engineering systems guarantee uninterrupted provision of utilities and eliminate the risk of accidents. • Comfort and hygiene: Modern, clean and healthy living conditions are created that meet all sanitary standards. • Energy efficiency: Insulation and window replacement measures reduce utility costs and ensure a comfortable temperature regime. • Full use: The dormitory restores its function, providing students with a safe and motivating environment for living and studying.
